  1. vuestra profe dará dos votos: al número 22 y al 10. En ambos casos hay un equilibrio entre el dominio de la técnica y la expresividad.
Enhorabuena al resto también!!! Y feliz Navidad a todos.

  6. I like number 3 of the eyes because The different colors of the eyes are pretty. The shape of the eyes are different than normal eyes and I like that. The expression in the eyes is very well drawn too.

  14. Hi! I really like the eye drawings of numbers 13 and 21. For 13, the pop of color in the eyes really draws attention to them. It's a really pretty color. And I love how well emotions are shown in the eyes of drawing 21. Nice job! :)

  19. My vote goes to the eyes that were drawn by Sara Garcia Sanchez. I like how the eyes are simple and beautiful, they are drawn in black, but you can see the dimensions and depth. I think what makes the drawing stand out is the color of the eyes which a is a mixture of this rich green and blue, its blended really well. I also think the eyelashes are beautiful as well as the eye shape. - Annelise A. Pd.2

  20. My favorite drawing was from Berta Cano because through the wrinkles around their eyes and the tired expression from his eyes you could feel the emotions wanting to be portrayed. The feelings they were trying to express were not only given through the eyes but also the surrounding spaces. Erika L

  21. Paula Castelló's drawing of the eyes is my favorite. I like how well done the proportions which helps it look really realistic. I also like how both sets of eyes convoy an emotion. The top one shows anger and the bottom one shows surprise. The artist's minor details with the shading and the blood vessels in the eyes helps add to the realism. He also did a good job shading the iris so that made the shading consistent.

  23. I liked Berta Cano's drawing most because apart from being very detailed, it was very unsettling, almost making me uncomfortable. The eyes looked fearful and pained in a way that I could just almost feel it myself. Valerie L./P.2

  24. i like number 15 by Mar Gomez because you can feel the emotions in that photo and i love the color choices that this artist chose. The details in the eye and how you can see that something effected the eye because you can the redness in the eye.

  25. My vote is for 18. RAQUEL GONZÁLEZ 1º B BACH because I like the simplistic drawing with only a pen and the wild long strokes. I also like how even though its one eye it shows a lot of emotion.

  26. I liked the eyes of Mar Gomez because it shows a deeper meaning. The fact that the eyes are crying blood to me represents hurt and despair which is very clever and shows that the artist has a great way to show emotion pd:2 Maria A.

I liked the eyes of Berta Cano because it shows age in the facial struction but youth in the eyes. Artistically showing that as we grow older our appearance may seem worn down but on the inside we feel young.

  27. Me gusta el numero 8 del Paula Pinilla. Los ojos estan dibujados muy bien con un expresion como que esta sorprendido. Los ojos se ven como de un mono porque tiene pelo por todo el cara. Pd. 2 Eric M.

  28. I like 1. MARINA GARCÍA eyes because of the beautiful blue shades and how they were blended in. The outlining makes the eyes stand out. Also how the rest doesn't take away from it but still keeping it detailed.

  29. My vote is for Miguel Gamez, number 11. It is really easy and obvious to tell by the eyes what the person is feeling. The person is feeling mad or annoyed. I like that it is straight forward and you don't have trouble identifying the person's mood. The little wrinkles between his eyebrows is very creative and helps with identifying and making the mood better for viewers to understand. Javi T

  31. I like number 13. Im pretty sure the eyes are of a girl, because the eyelashes are long and and it looks like she's wearing eyeliner. Precisely I love the contrast of the blue and green in the eye's pupil. Also I like how the artist didn't make the eyebrows perfect, and left a few hairs on the brows untouched. The dark shading around the eye makes the eye look more realistic, and featured.

  32. I really like numbers 1, 4, and 15.
I like 1, because my favorite animal is any kind of big cat like a leopard or lion.
Number 4 is very mysterious and dark. It reminds me of a masquerade ball.
Number 15 is showing people the pain behind the eyes and the darkness. It is very edgy and shows that the artists has a lot of guts.

  33. Hello, I'm a student taking Spanish 2 in America. All of these eyes are so detailed and expressive that they seem to be alive, like there's a real person behind them. It was really difficult to pick a favorite, but I think my vote is for #4, by Mario Montero. To me, the eyes look like they belong to an evil queen from a fairy tale, plotting the demise of a benevolent princess, or overthrowing a rival kingdom. I hope you guys keep making beautiful artwork like this.

  34. 22. KATHERIN YAZUMA, I really loved your drawing! My biggest problem when I draw eyes is getting them to be even and identical, and you've done it perfectly here. I can see you've put a lot of love and effort into this. The details are so accurate and everything looks so real. Keep up the good work!

It shows a deep understanding of human proportions and is an astounding showcase of detail. 36. My favorite eyes drawing is number 14 because of the detailed shading. These are the eyes of a young woman who is looking up into the distance and I can't help but wonder what she is looking at. I hope all of you never stop creating art, these are all amazing.

  37. Number 6 is my favorite because the details in the wrinkles are really intricate. I feel as if the person is staring
right at me and looking at my life. I also like how all the lines lead to a leaf. Is that to signify it's age?

  39. My vote goes to Mario Montero. The eyes drawn remind me of a bird's eyes, fierce, determined and ready to kill. The sharpness of the design is both elegant and terrifying, which sets it apart from the others. Making the eyes red creates a stunning contrast with the black in the rest of the piece and it feels like they're staring into your soul. It's a truly amazing piece of art with beautiful depth and emotion.

  48. Hi there! First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Valentina and can you keep a secret?... I was Yolanda's teacher for two years. The teacher's teacher, exactly! Well, Yolanda asked me to have a look at your work on this website and I must admit I couldn´t believe my eyes. There are some masterpieces here. Congrats! I loved both contests and your contributions were amazing. If I had to choose one I would say Sara Moreno's is my favourite. I also liked Katherine's very much.
Yolanda was a very good student, hard-working and enthusiastic and I can see you are, too.
    Well done guys!
